Night Owl is a nighttime food truck concept for adults, with an Art Deco feel and a focus on music, drinks, cannabis, and connection. I was inspired by the way an ice cream truck melody instantly gets kids excited, and wanted to create a grown-up version of that feeling. Instead of a song, Night Owl would announce itself with an owl-like hoot, letting people know it had arrived and that the night was about to begin. The idea is playful, social, and a little mysterious, bringing people together after dark for a good time. Hoot hoot to the people!
